Accounting Services
The Accounting Department handles the financial transactions for
the company. They keep day-by-day records of business transactions,
prepare financial statements and tax returns, prepare and file reports
required by state insurance divisions, and issue payroll as well
as other types of checks.

Actuarial
Services
The Actuarial Services Division determines and justifies rates for automobile, homeowners and rental owners, and other support lines of insurance. They are also accountable for product rates, rating rules, forms, and policy wording of all underwriting rules and standards.

Actuarial Analyst I

Claims Services
The Claims Services Division is responsible for handling and settling
claims. They work with Divisional Support's Special Investigations
Unit (SIU), Minor Impact Soft Tissue Unit (MIST), and industry officials
to control severity as well as handle the administration of claim
files and draft requests.

The Claims Manager's role includes making decisions, implementing processes, and measurably improving operations. This involves supporting ANPAC Team Member transactions through workflow planning, performance management, process improvement, and continuous learning behaviors. II. Claims Managers are expected to manage the customer demand volumes and performance vs. expectations on a daily basis by applying a management process, which is driven by clear expectations and appropriate measures.
Claims Managers should actively support ANPAC Team Members' daily transactions by clarifying boundaries of authority for policies, escalation, and exceptions to claims settlement.
Claims Managers should actively champion the continuous improvement processes by managing barrier identification and removal, participating in new process design, and driving existing process re-design, following the established BEST Model.

Corporate Actuarial Services
The Corporate Actuarial Services Division is responsible for managing the risk of catastrophe events through catastrophe modeling. They manage the Reinsurance Program ensuring the company has appropriate coverage. In addition, they determine proper pricing and reserving for specialty market insurance products such as collateral protection insurance, credit property insurance, GAP insurance and mortgage security insurance.

| Responsibilities |
This position is for a licensed representative that would be located in the ANPAC Home Office Client Service Center.
Responsibilities for the position include handling a large volume of inbound telephone calls from clients regarding their personal lines policies. The representative would be responsible for quoting and binding coverage on personal lines policies. They would provide service by answering questions and submitting changes on policies. The representative is required to maintain all continuing education requirements for their P&C License.
This position does not include sales quotas and is not commission based.

Regulatory Compliance Analyst I
